Yin Yoga and Meditation Circle

Service Description

Yin/meditative yoga classes offered in Asheboro! This class is for at 630 on Thursdays Some classes my be out doors weather permitting. Classes are located on property with trails and horse farm. 🐎 Also, be sure to bring: - Yoga mat or rug - Desired yoga props (I.E. blocks, blanket, etc) - Journal & Pen - Water bottle/drinking vessel - Your bright and beautiful self! We're looking forward to seeing you there and spending time together in mindfulness!
